These Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) govern the purchase of tickets and exhibitor booths for AGAZ Summit 2026 (‘the Event’), organized by the Canada Startup Association (‘the Organizers’). By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure a ticket, booth, or exhibitor allocation.
• Allocation of booths and exhibitor spaces is confirmed only once payment in full has been received by the Organizers.
• All payment decisions, including confirmation of allocation, are final and at the sole discretion of the Organizers.

2. No Refund Policy

• All ticket and booth purchases are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation, non-attendance, or change of plans.
• By completing payment, the purchaser acknowledges and accepts this no-refund policy in full.
• Purchasers who are unable to attend may, at the discretion of the Organizers, transfer their ticket or booth to another individual or organization by notifying the Organizers in advance.

3. Exhibitor Booths

• Each exhibitor booth includes one (1) table and access to a power socket.
• Exhibitors are welcome to decorate their table, provided decorations do not damage venue property, obstruct neighboring booths, or pose a safety hazard.
• Any additional equipment, furnishings, or signage beyond the provided table is the responsibility of the exhibitor, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Organizers.
• Booth locations and floor plan placement are determined by the Organizers and are not guaranteed to a specific area unless confirmed in writing.

4. Event Changes

• The Organizers reserve the right to modify the Event date, time, venue, schedule, or format due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
• In the event of such changes, the no-refund policy outlined in Section 2 continues to apply.

5. Conduct

• Ticket holders and exhibitors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward other attendees, exhibitors, staff, and venue personnel.
• The Organizers reserve the right to remove any individual from the Event for conduct deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

6. Acceptance of Terms

Completion of payment for a ticket or booth constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
