SUBMISSION PROCESS

What is the deadline for submitting my pitch?
The submission window closes at 11:59 PM EST on August 15, 2026. We highly recommend submitting your application at least 24 hours in advance to avoid technical issues.
What file format should my pitch deck be?
We accept PDF files only. Please ensure your PDF is no larger than 20MB. Any other formats (PPT, DOCX) will be automatically disqualified.
Can I submit as a team?
Yes, teams are strongly encouraged. Please designate one team member as the primary contact in the submission form.

PRIZING & EVENT

What exactly is the grand prize at Expand North Star?
The winner receives a 100% free exhibition POD at Expand North Star in Dubai, which is the world's largest startup exhibition. This prize covers the booth space fee (CAD2500+ value). Travel and accommodation costs are not included.
When will finalists be notified?
Finalists will be notified via email approximately two weeks after the submission deadline and will be announced on our website and social channels.
