These terms of use (“Terms”) apply to your (“you,” “your,” or “attendee”) use of and access to the Agaz Summit (“Agaz,” “we,” “us,” “our”) website at [www.agazsummit.com] (the “Site”), the event mobile application provided by a third-party vendor (the “App”), and the online registration, attendance, and/or participation at the annual Agaz Summit (collectively the “Services”).

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE OUR SERVICES.

If you are registering or purchasing tickets on behalf of someone else, it is your responsibility to ensure that the person attending is aware of these Terms and agrees to them. By completing and submitting the registration or purchasing tickets, you confirm that the attendee has been made aware of and agrees to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time without incurring any liability. See the “Modification of Terms” section below for more information.

AGAZ SUMMIT
These Terms are between you and Agaz Summit, organized by Canada Startup Association, with an office located at Mississauga Ontario Canada.

WHAT WE DO
We organize Agaz Summit, a gathering of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) founders and entrepreneurs, focused on fostering innovation and growth of BIPOC led Businesses.

PART A 

AGAZ SUMMIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Tickets and Pricing
Details of ticket pricing for the Agaz Summit can be found on our Site. All ticket prices are quoted in Canadian dollars, exclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider with which we have a contractual agreement. We disclaim any liability arising from your use of third-party payment services.

We reserve the right to change ticket prices at any time, but any changes will not affect tickets already purchased. Your ticket grants you access to the Agaz Summit but does not include any associated costs such as travel or accommodation. All tickets must be assigned to an attendee by providing details such as name, job title, and company name (if applicable). Complimentary tickets are not eligible for refunds if a paid ticket has already been purchased.

Discounts
We may offer promotional codes or discounted tickets periodically, but we reserve the right to modify or withdraw these offers at any time.

Age Limitation
Attendees must be 16 years or older to attend the Agaz Summit unless otherwise specified.

Delivery Policy
After completing a successful transaction on our Site, you will need to download the event App from the Apple App Store or Google Play to retrieve your tickets. Your Agaz Summit Pass will serve as a receipt and will grant you entry to the Summit.

Tickets
Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. You may change the name on your ticket until 15 November 2024, after which transfers will no longer be possible.

Tickets remain the property of Agaz Summit and may be withdrawn or voided at any time if necessary, with a refund of the purchase price.

Reselling or distributing tickets is prohibited without our express prior permission. Agaz Summit reserves the right to cancel tickets purchased under breach of these terms.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel ticket orders and will attempt to notify you in such cases. We may limit ticket purchases for individuals, households, or organizations. You agree to provide accurate and complete account information for registration and purchases. Agaz Summit is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Event Cancellation, Postponement & Substitution Policy Agaz Summit is not liable for any loss resulting from event changes, postponements, or cancellations. If the event is canceled, refunds will be limited to the paid registration fees minus payment processing costs.

Force Majeure
Agaz Summit is not liable for any cancellations or alterations due to unforeseen circumstances such as pandemics, natural disasters, government orders, or other emergencies.

PART B 

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Photography, Videography, and Recording By attending the Agaz Summit, you agree to be photographed or recorded and grant us permission to use your likeness, name, and voice in any promotional or marketing materials.

Code of Conduct
Agaz Summit fosters a diverse and inclusive environment. We do not tolerate harassment, mistreatment, or inappropriate behavior. We reserve the right to remove any individual who violates our Code of Conduct.
